How to Sell

• Email us or bring in store photos of the items you wish to sell prior to delivery; let us know the price you would like to put on each item. If you are unable to email or bring in photos please call us prior to delivery with the details.

• We will then be able to let you know if we can accept your items and your prices. If we think your prices are too high or low we will try to give you an idea of how much we think they will sell for.

• We give your items 3 weeks to sell at your reserve price or within 10%.

• If a bidder in store makes an offer lower than 10% below your reserve we will contact you on a Monday with their offer - you decide to sell or make a counter offer.

• After 3 weeks your reserve price drops 10% each week until it sells or you decide to pick it up.

• There are no costs for collecting your unsold item.

• Stock is received Tuesday – Saturday between 10am and 3pm and Sunday between 11am and 1pm. We DO NOT accept goods on a Monday.

• Ensure all goods are in clean, working and saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse goods we deem unsaleable.

• Complete a seller’s form in store – be sure to read all the terms & conditions, sign the form and return to reception prior to unloading your goods. 

• Payment is usually made within 10-14 days of the item selling in store by either cheque or bank transfer.

• We do take commission after the item has sold.
