Why Rent through Tender Rental?

How do I apply for Rental?

• Call into our Springwood store and browse all stock on offer - once you have found the product you like, fill a Tender/ Proposal form with your information.

• A member of staff will assess this for you and contact you with a quotation for your rental.

• Once this is confirmed we will ask you to fill in a Tender Rental Agreement Application.

What information do I need when applying?

• Photo identification - a driver's licence, passport or 18+ card

• Residential, Landlord or Real Estate Agent details

• Employer details or Pension details

• Details of three personal references, with their names, addresses and phone numbers.

Why do you require references?

• As part of the credit check process, we require three personal references in order to verify the details you have given us.

How long can I rent for & How do I pay?

• Usually our terms are fixed on one and two year periods - payments are made fortnightly making it easy to manage.

• Rental payments are paid by Direct Debit, though payments can be made in store.

• We also offer Centrepay facility so Rental payments can be made direct giving you less worry.

How much do I need to pay on delivery?

• Tender Rental offers FREE local delivery for rental contracts longer than 6 months.

• The first rental payment for your product(s) is payable on or before delivery.

• Upon delivery you will be asked to agree the delivery of your goods and that everything is in order.

• There may be other fees due such as deposit or bonds - but this will be explained following your application.

What happens if I move? Or my circumstances change?

• Contact us to advise us of your new address or situation straight away so we can help. This saves time and confusion.

• We may charge a penalty if you do not keep us updated.

• We can arrange to collect your products and either deliver them to your new home (fee may apply) or arrange to finalise your agreement if you are moving out of the area.

Can I end my rental contract early?

• Yes you can.

• Contact us and we can advise you of the payment amount and early termination fee for ending your contract.

What happens if my product breaks down?

• One of the many benefits of renting with Tender Rental is that if your product breaks down during your rental, we will repair or replace it absolutely FREE!

What's - Offer to Own? Do I own it when my term is completed?

• Whilst goods are on rental they remain the property of Tender Rental - however at any point throughout the term you can make an Offer to Own and we will give you the payout figure.

• Once you term is completed under our Offer to Own policy the goods can be transferred to you.
